This experience was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Worked with Mike Severance, I flew in and Mike picked me up from the airport, had the car checked out at a local Infiniti dealer and they reported no issues so I purchased the car and drove it 11 hours home. I even waited a few weeks before posting this to make sure no issues would pop up and the car is driving great. Thank you Mike for making this an exceptional experience!
After having been provided with the VIN number, photos of our vehicle, and vehicle details they offered us over $8,000 for our very clean, near perfect-shape vehicle. Considering that this particular vehicle books for over 12,000 it is fair to say that they'd make a decent profit when selling it, and of course that's the business they're in so we were perfectly happy with their offer of around 8,000. We drove two vehicles the hour and a half drive so that we could bring them the vehicle. Not only were the decision makers not there when we arrived, we also waited around an hour for them to get back . Finally after no phone call (they didn't even have the decency to call us when they did get back) we called back and they were there. The guy who answered the phone simply said "not interested" What? I was totally confused and pretty darn mad that we wasted our entire day on these people who clearly have no respect or consideration for others. The more I think about it the more I realize that they were just giving us the bait and switch by offering us money for our car, and then when they found out we didn't plan to purchase a vehicle from them to replace it with they rudely cast us aside. Someone should give these rhyming jerks a concussion of their own.

Good selection of clean vehicles, non-pressure sales team, they were easy going and helpful. The deal didn't work out at no fault to Michael's my situation changed, and they were understanding and gave me my deposit refund with no issue. Will definitely consider them in future dealings.
If you like making lemonade out of lemons, this is the place for you. We have put more money into the car we bought from this place than you can shake a stick at. Best of luck. People were friendly though
