I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years. I’ve never had an experience like this. I called Enterprise at 8:00 AM and told them I’d need a vehicle before 10:00AM as I had to travel for business. Rose told me to call back in an hour and they should be all set. I called at 9:30 AM to allow extra time just in case. Rose again told me that there was not a car there for me, but if I called 25 minutes prior to me being there they would have one, as long as it was at least 10:00 AM. Again I waited, finished up what I had to do and had to contact my business partners to let them know I was going to be running a little late due to waiting on a rental. At that time I was thinking I would be out of the area an hour late due to the delay. I then reached out to Enterprise again, and Rose let me know that she was waiting on them to drop some cars off. I asked how much longer she thought it would be since I had been calling since 8:00 AM, she didn’t seem like she knew at all. Again I gave it the benefit of the doubt as I know this location gets busy. However I couldn’t wait any longer, this was planned and I had also been there the day before to go over in thorough detail what I needed and at what time. I finally called back at 10:45 AM to tell her I was leaving shortly and would be there in 25 minutes, but told Rose I would be there no later than 11:30 AM due to traffic. I had finally arrived at 11:35 AM and when I got inside, Rose was on the phone with another customer. The “manager” was in his office texting, and the other male was trying to assist other customers, as when I arrived inside there was 5 other people waiting and two more on the way inside. I noticed they were super busy, understaffed and the manager was doing NOTHING to help. Finally Rose had hung up the phone, by this time I had been standing waiting to even be acknowledged for 20 minutes, it was 5 minutes to 12:00 PM. Rose approached me and said your car isn’t here yet, however it will be here within a half hour (30 minutes), and by this time I’m furious. I had been on the phone with Enterprise since 8:00 AM and PROMISED to have a car by 9:30 AM and here it is 12:00 PM and they are telling me I still have to wait 30 minutes. I had gotten a ride there and this was imposing their schedule as well as my work schedule. I honestly sat there and waited, as did my ride just in case a car never showed up. Rose and this so-called “manager” whom from my understanding is high up in the company told me that the drivers of the cars drive slow and that they had left the other shop a half hour prior to me being there and it would take them an additional half hour. However driving slow or not, it would not take them an hour to go less than 30 miles. I got NO apology, and Enterprise just kept giving me excuse after excuse instead of admitting they were in the wrong and couldn’t properly manage their time or anyone else’s. A car had finally showed up at 12:35 PM and Rose has told me it actually wasn’t my car, but they’d let me take it because I was in a hurry and the “manager” finally came out and asked if I was sure I wanted it. I told him yes and he said let me just clean it up for you, it will take 5-10 minutes tops and then I’ll fill the tank for you. At that point I had finally said ok because I was already 3 hours late for my work commitment and another 5-10 minutes wasn’t going to make a difference. He takes the car to the back and I then waited an ADDITIONAL 25 minutes for this “5-10 minute” cleaning. I was so upset I went in and complained and she went out to speak with the manager who was no longer even helping. The guy who cleans the car finally brought it up at 1:00 PM and then the other guy who wasn’t even assisting me at all came out to go over the car with me, and just as I’m about to load the car he said let me go put gas in it for you. I said the “manager” just said he did it, and the guy told me well it’s empty. He goes to “fill my tank”, and gives me 1/4 of a tank. I left with the car at 1:30 PM. Won’t be back EVER AGAIN!!!! The situation was poorly handled

I have used Enterprise for many years. I have found the branch in East Greenbush to be the most accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Logan was awesome! He called me the day I was going to come pick up my rental and asked me my preferences! Logan went out of his way to make sure I had an awesome car, while I car hunted after an accident! So kind, and the process was beyond easy. Thanks so much!

I want to thank Jessie Karosos for being very helpful and accommodating when I arrived at 12:59pm on a Saturday needing a rental after getting a flat tire on the thruway and shredding the tire-leaving me stranded since no replacement tire could be found. She worked with Cooley Motors and I was able to leave my car and then your courteous staff drove me to get my car when I returned on Monday. Thank you so much!!!

After my car was in an accident and needed some pretty heavy body work, I was in need of a rental car for a few weeks. This branch was extremely helpful through the whole process and all of the staff were very pleasant. Cameron, Jessica, and Rose were three of the staff members that I worked with, each of whom had excellent customer service skills. They all went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a great one. They will be sure to accommodate your needs. After returning my car, Cameron made sure that I was a satisfied customer as he went out of his way to ask how my experience was. This shows they genuinely care about their customers and that's not something you come across often with a business. I highly recommend this branch to anyone in need of a rental car!
