Worst car wash I’ve ever received.
Run down. It works OK but not for anything taller the 8'10"

Dated equipment, water is horribly streaky. Was going to wax, now I'm looking for another place to go and google asked me if I wanted to review.....
I had been going to this car wash the past two years since I moved to East Greenbush and it has been great with no issues; however this last time the employee did not appear to align my vehicle properly which did not allow my truck to go through the wash. Rather than realigning the vehicle he just kept engaging the mechanism each time with no adjustment or change. During this process he claimed I was putting my foot on the brake...which I was not. Asked me to drive through the wash because he couldn't get the vehicle on track. My tires were so misaligned that the truck began to spin as the back tires were stuck on one of the rails. I was then asked to back out with all my windows completely covered in soap and was given $2.50 to go clean my truck off myself. I asked if we should try to realign the truck as it was clearly misaligned since my back tires were spinning when it reached the rail, and try it again (as I have taken the truck through many times without an issue for the past two years) and he told me he had people waiting....Asked for a refund for my car wash book of three and will likely not be returning with my truck or the family cars...what a shame I had such great experiences in the past and the lack of attention or care because people were waiting has soured me on this place...I guess we will have to take all our vehicles for weekly car washes somewhere else in the area.
