So disappointed with my stay last night. My family and I checked in some time after 8pm, after getting settled in our room we were ready for bed, my 2 year old was in one bed and my husband and I in another, I decided to cover myself with both the sheet and quilt so I pulled the sheet down, something told me to look on the bed and there was hair, black marks and other stuff on it! I was so disgusted, I immediately checked the bed my daughter was sleeping on and that too was covered in hair, it was obvious at this point that the room was not thoroughly cleaned! I called the front desk and they told me I had to come downstairs to get our room changed, I asked if they could just change the sheets because we were all tired and already settled in for the night, but since there wasn't any "housekeeper" on duty, that wouldn't be possible. I can't for the life of me think why the person I was talking to or another hotel staff couldn't just come up and change the sheets. I've been to other hotels and this was no problem for someone else to come up and change it! So we had to collect all our things and go to another room. The sheets were clean on one bed but I did see hairs on the other. Obviously housekeeping is taking some serious shortcuts and for this reason I have no desire to ever stay at this location again. For $140 a night you would think you would get some sort of refund for the inconveniences.
We booked 30 rooms for our daughter's wedding in September and every guest said they had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a couple of family issues where we had to extend the checkout time and they were more than accommodating.

I had a great experience at this hotel, though my stay was a brief single night. The room and common spaces were clean and well-kept; the towels and linens looked and smelled clean, too. I didn't partake in breakfast. My only criticism is that the pull-out sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, but I suppose that's to be expected so I didn't want to knock off a whole star for that. Thanks for a nice night!
Disgusting, don't stay here unless you want to sleep in a bed full of someone else's sweat and hair!!
My parents stayed at the hotel and had my young son's over night. 2 minutes arriving to their room the wonderful woman at the front desk brought up crayons and a coloring book for them. She worked Oct. 28 the evening shift and name started with an M but I couldn't remember her name. Everyone was so friendly but she made our visit beyond amazing
Since we had so many guests staying there we were allowed use of the conference room for breakfast. It was nice to be able to have everyone together.
Very friendly service. Room was clean with a very large bathroom. Shower was walk in with tons of room. TV was nice big flat screen but it was at an awkward angle to the bed.
