Never rent from this unit. I attempted to rent from them using their outdoor kiosk. Not only did the kiosk charge me more than I was quoted it actually rented me a unit that was ALREADY occupied. I attempted to contact the company about this (good luck getting to anyone that actually can help you.) and was given the run around for over a MONTH before they credited back my credit card for the cost and supposedly cancelled my account. Three months later they emailed me saying that owed them $300 in back payments! I Never rented a DAY from them!! Terribly unprofessional and poorly ran. Stay clear!
